I had a great stay at this hotel. The hotel facilities were excellent, including a cozy lounge and a well-equipped kitchen. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent, except in some spots where the cleaner had missed. The staff were very friendly, especially Rebecca who was a ray of sunshine. transportation was convenient as the hotel was located in a residential neighborhood and close to places we needed to get to.
Nothing not too like.

The hotel had friendly staff and good shower pressure. The room was spacious and had enough space for us to move around comfortably. The hotel was conveniently located, making it easy to explore the city and surrounding areas.
There were stains on the curtains and linens, and we had concerns about whether they had been properly washed. The bed was uncomfortable and we could feel every spring.

Comfy rooms with everything needed. Great staff! Located in a quiet neighborhood close to main roads. Finding cute surprises on the bed was a nice touch.
Thin walls made for a noisy atmosphere. Carparks were a challenge.

This hotel exceeded my expectations with its luxurious amenities - the private facilities were especially impressive. the garden area provided a peaceful retreat from the bustle of the city, and the outdoor dining area was perfect for enjoying meals al fresco.
Although this hotel was overall a wonderful experience, the only minor issue was the lack of options in the leisure/TV room.
